ARRIVAL
We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled treatment to allow sufficient time to check-in. To ensure all our guests enjoy a relaxing experience, please refrain from using your mobile device.
CONDITIONS AND MEDICATIONS
Please advise at time of booking if you are pregnant, nursing or have any other medical conditions, allergies or if you are celebrating a special occasion or have any concerns we need to know. This ensures each treatment is personalized and we’re able to provide you the best spa experience.
WHAT TO WEAR
There is no need to bring or wear any special clothing, robes are provided if you have multiples services. Other body treatments are best enjoyed without clothing; however, we request you leave your underwear on for massages. Disposable under garments are available.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
A valid credit card number is required to hold your reservation and we require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. In the instance that changes or cancellations are made after this deadline, or an appointment is “skipped” without notice, your credit card will be charged in full. For the privacy and security of our guests we require a physical credit card present at the time of payment. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate hotel room charges.
